Ingredients And Making Method
- Potatoes (Aloo)- ½ Kg
- Oil-1½ Tablespoon
- Dry Fenugreek (Kasuri Methi) -1½ Teaspoon
- Cumin (Zeera)- ½ Teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder-½ Teaspoon
- Green Chili- 2 Pcs
- Green Coriander
- Salt To Taste or ½ Teaspoon
Making Tips
First of all heat oil in a pan, then add cumin seeds in it, when the cumin seeds crackle, add potatoes in it and stir, after this add remaining spices like turmeric, salt, fenugreek, chopped green chillies and stir, add some water (approximately a fourth of a tea cup), stir and cover and let it cook for 10 minutes, your easy potato fenugreek dish is ready, add chopped coriander and serve with pooris or parathas, I sure hope that you will enjoy eating it.
